Phoebe comes from our first litter to our lovely young male Dante and her dam is Tehya Hiawatha (the foundation bitch under our new Tehya prefix). Shown sparingly, she has taken out reserve challenges from the puppy age group and winning the junior bitch class at the QLD Border Collie Speciality in August 2007, when really she should have still been in the puppy class.
Phoebe is more of a stay at home girl who loves to have fun, though when you really know Phoebe, you learn how much of a gentle soul she has. She just loves to be loved..and cuddled!
In 2009, Phoebe has given us her first litter to the beautiful sire - Australian Grand Champion Monochrome Currency Creek. Only young in the confirmation ring, but starting off with a bang, her little man "Tehya On the Money" has been awarded Best Baby Puppy in Show at the Border Collie Club of NSW in October 2009. We look forward to more fun with her youngsters. |
